Creating an Account

To place bids, save favorite items, and track your activity, you must create a free account. You can register in two ways:

  • Social Login: Click "Continue with Google" for instant access. We will securely pull your basic profile info to create your account.
  • Standard Email: Enter your First Name, Last Name, Email, and a secure password. For security, you must pass the "I'm not a robot" (reCAPTCHA) verification.
Logging In

Click "Account" in the top menu and select "Login". If you created your account using Google, simply click the corresponding social button to log back in immediately.

Our platform uses a real-time, sophisticated bidding engine designed to make winning fair and exciting.

Proxy Bidding (Automatic Bidding)

You don't need to stay glued to your screen! Enter the maximum amount you are willing to pay for an item. Our system will secretly record your maximum and automatically place bids on your behalf—using only the minimum increment necessary—to keep you in the lead. If someone bids $50, and your secret maximum is $100, the system will automatically bid $51 for you. We will only bid up to your limit.

Anti-Sniping (Soft Close)

To prevent users from stealing an item at the very last second ("sniping"), our auctions feature an auto-extend rule. If a bid is placed within the final few minutes of an auction, the timer will automatically extend. This gives all bidders a fair chance to respond. The auction closes only when bidding completely stops.

Buy Now

Some items feature a "Buy Now" button. If you see this, you can instantly purchase the item for the listed price. Clicking this button immediately ends the auction and declares you the winner.

Real-Time Updates

Our platform uses live updates. You will see price changes, new bids, and timer extensions instantly on your screen without needing to refresh the page. If you are outbid, the system will flash a red alert and immediately send you an email notification.

Claiming Your Items

When an auction ends and you are the highest bidder, you will receive a "Congratulations" email with a direct payment link. You can also view your won items by navigating to Account > Dashboard > Won Auctions.

Multi-Item Checkout

If you won multiple items, you can check the boxes next to each item on your Dashboard and click "Proceed to Pay" to pay for everything in a single, combined transaction.

Payment Methods
  • Credit/Debit Card: Securely processed via Stripe.
  • Cash (In-Person): If you select Cash, your items will be marked as "Pending." You must arrange to hand the physical funds to the auction administrator. Once they confirm receipt, your items will be marked as "Paid."
Invoices

Upon successful online payment, you will instantly receive an email containing a PDF invoice. You can also download this PDF at any time directly from your Dashboard.

Your Dashboard is your central hub for the auction.

  • My Bids: Track all active auctions you are participating in. The status will clearly show if you are "Leading" (Winning) or if you have been "Outbid."
  • Saved Favorites: When browsing items, click the Heart icon to save an item to your Watchlist. You can view all your saved items directly on your Dashboard to keep an eye on their timers.
  • Profile Settings: Go to Account > Settings to update your First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, or to change your password.
